When it rains, it really pours on Nora Aunor.
Whether it’s summer and dry season, lady luck has been Nora’s partner in all seasons, reasons.
Aunor is slated to do a film with Yul Servo titled “Bukod Kang Pinagpala…The Exalted.”
This means the Superstar will reboot her team up with Yul who appeared with her in the award-winning film “Naglalayag,” a Maryo J. de los Reyes masterpiece in 2004 about a romance between a middle-aged magistrate and a taxi driver.
Ate (a term of endearment to an older woman by birth or affinity) Guy will also shoot “Mananambal,” a horror flick to be shot in Siquijor Island in the Central Visayas in June.
After she was conferred the coveted National Artist Award for Film and Broadcast Arts, Aunor went to town with lots of movie offers which included Adolf Alix, Jr.’s “Pieta” with fellow acting greats Jaclyn Jose, Bembol Roco, Gina Alajar, Alfred Vargas, among others.
