More South Korean boy groups to come to Manila

PULP Live World to bring more South Korean acts in the Philippines with K-pop Masterz Ep. 2 in Manila which will feature ATEEZ, iKon and GOT7’s Youngjae next month.

Due to the massive success of K-pop Masterz Ep. 1, PULP Live World is bringing back the event for Ep.2 in Manila as announced on Wednesday to be held at the Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City on September 23, 2022.

PULP posted on its Twitter account that it will be bringing the South Korean boy groups ATEEZ, iKon, and Choi Youngjae of the group GOT7.

This will mark the first show of ATEEZ in the country since they debuted in 2018, consisting of members Hongjoong, Yunho, Seonghwa, San, Yeosang, Mingi, Jongho, and Wooyoung.

ATEEZ’ recently dropped their album ‘The World EP.1: Movement’ and topped at No. 3 on the Billboard 200 albums chart.

Meanwhile, Bobby, DK, Chan, Ju-ne, Jay, and Song of iKon who made their debut in September 2015, last visited the country on Feb. 26, 2019 for the Samsung Galaxy S10 launch in the Philippines.

iKon last held a concert in Manila on Nov. 11, 2018 with their Continue Tour held at the Mall of Asia Arena, also handled by Pulp Live World.

Youngjae was in the country not too long ago for his solo concert and a fan meeting last July at the New Frontier Theater, following the appearance of his GOT7 members BamBam and Jackson Wang, who participated in the Ep.1 of K-pop Masterz, held last July 29 at the Mall of Asia Arena.

Joining BamBam and Jackson was boy group Treasure, also making their debut performance in the Philippines, with special guest Sandara Park, former member of 2NE1.

More acts are expected to join the line up, while tickets will go on sale on 3 September at 12 PM via TicketNet.

Tickets are priced at P 3,500, P 6,500, P 8,500, P 10,500, and P 13,500.
