Seoul Northern District Court ordered the suspension of the exclusive contracts of five other members of LOONA, following Chuu’s departure.

After a court granted Chuu of LOONA a temporary suspension of her contract with Blockberry Creative 10 months ago, four more members of the group — Heejin, Kim Lip, Jinsoul and Choerry — sought the termination of their exclusive contracts with BBC by the Seoul Northern District Court on January 13.

But the court dismissed the case members Haseul, Yeojin, Yves, Olivia Hye and Go Won, while the remaining two members — Vivi and Hyunjin — are still studying their legal move against BBC regarding the unfair contract terms.

The terms — which is also the same for Chuu — include the artist and the company split income 3 to 7 but the company splits expenses equally with the artist.

For the remaining five members, they had different terms which they proposed, which the court deemed unfair enough to suspend the contracts.

According to Korea JoongAng Daily, due to this development, the group will indefinitely postpone the release of its album “The Origin of Album 0,” yet again, which was originally scheduled on Jan. 3.

However, Chuu was kicked out of the group in November of last year after being able to continue her activities after the court’s decision without being controlled by BBC.

When asked about the recent development from the case, BBC only shared a brief response to Star saying:

“We are currently checking [the situation]. We will share our position later.”

“Every day I’m standing on the edge of a cliff, and what I can do is I can hold onto Orbit,”, said a message from the youngest member Yeojin: “I didn’t ask for much, I just wanted to be treated fairly, but I think my dreams were shattered,” said Yves in their Fab service — which will be terminated on February 11 at midnight KST — after not getting the same results as her other members, reported NME.

Meanwhile, Lip, Jinsoul and Choerry immediately launched their personal Instagram accounts after winning their case to the delight of their faithful followers.
