In the separate ceremony, another pageant veteran and last year's Miss Universe Charity, Pauline Amelinckx, will represent the country as Miss Supranational Philippines 2023 while Miss Baguio Krishnah Gravidez is Miss Charm Philippines.
This is the first time that the Miss Universe Philippines Organization holds three titles that will send representatives to the international pageants.
In the last two seasons of the Miss Universe Philippines, they crowned Miss Universe Philippines Charity and Miss Universe Philippines Tourism. These titles did not compete in international pageants but represented the organization's advocacies on charitable activities and tourism.

From Top 18, the Final Five were chosen and faced the two rounds of Question and Answer (Q&A) portions.
On the first Q&A round, five different questions were asked and, on the final round, the candidates were asked similar questions.
Aside from the titles, major special awards were also given: Michelle Dee got the Best in Evening Gown and the Miss Ponds, also, during the preliminaries, the Miss Aqua Boracay and Miss Zion Philippines plums; Krishnah Gravidez, Best in Swimsuit; Miss Agusan Del Norte Jannarie Zarzoso, Face of Social Media and a recipient of Special award from Kingston International College, and Miss Capiz, Shayne Maquiran, as Miss Congeniality.
