MAMAMOO gives their fans a reimagined, and quite directly a more mature and elevated music for their 23-track record.

Queens of vocals and concepts in K-Pop, 7th-year girl group MAMAMOO says they are the best in their newly released compilation album titled ‘I SAY MAMAMOO: THE BEST.’

Solar, Moonbyul, Whee In and Hwasa all geared up to treat their fans called MooMoos with their greatest hits album which dropped yesterday, September 15.

MAMAMOO gives their fans a reimagined, and quite directly a more mature and elevated music for their 23-track record.

Their hit songs HIP, Starry Night, Gogobebe, Um Oh Ah Yeah, Mr. Ambiguous, AYA, and Egotistic are all part of‘I SAY MAMAMOO: THE BEST.’ Even with their endless hits, MAMAMOO still brought their new and fresh side in this album with the addition of new songs ‘Mumumumuch’ and ‘Happier Than Ever.’

Mumumuch is their lead song for this album which is released alongside a music video.

Co-written by the group’s rapper Moonbyul, the dance-pop track is a refreshing new single from the quartet.

MAMAMOO is known for their versatile genre and ‘Mumumumuch’ captures their playful side while getting hypnotized with the very catchy beat.

“Love you so mu-mu-mu-much / Mu-mu-mu-much / L-O-V-E so much,” sings the group during the bridge. MAMAMOO explained that ‘Mumumumuch’ is a gift to the fans for their 7th anniversary.

‘I Say MAMAMOO: The Best’ also includes “2021” versions of popular MAMAMOO songs such as ‘I Miss You’, ‘Piano Man’, ‘Decalcomanie’ and more, all of which have been re-recorded.

This is their first album release since Whee In's decision not to renew her contract with RBW Entertainment. Last August, she officially signed with another entertainment agency THE L1VE Label.

While her contract with the agency has ended, the idol had agreed to an “extended agreement” where she would continue to be a part of MAMAMOO until at least December 2023.

Solar, Moonbyul, and Hwasa all renewed their contract with RBW Entertainment.
