‘Unravel’ co-stars Kylie Padilla and Gerald Anderson rumored to be in a relationship and expecting a child following their trip to Switzerland.
Kylie Padilla calls "out of this world" rumors of her supposed pregnancy with ‘Unravel’ co-star Gerald Anderson following their recent trip to Switzerland for their upcoming film.
Kylie and Gerald flew to Switzerland in July to start filming for their movie, their first project together.
The actress blatantly dismissed and even laughed off the speculations in an interview with entertainment reporter Nelson Canlas for “24 Oras,” as seen on GMA’s YouTube channel yesterday, Aug. 23.
“Wala pong katotohanan [ang] mga lumalabas [na issue],” she said. “Magkaibigan lang po kami ni Gerald and super professional lang po ang relationship namin, nothing else.”
Padilla said that she even feels bothered by the thought that some people might actually believe that they are in a relationship and a child is on the way because of how netizens can be irresponsible in spreading false information.
“It’s so out of this world na hindi po talaga siya totoo. Naba-bother lang po ako na baka may maniwala e,” she confessed.
Meanwhile, the 29-year-old single mom feels blessed to be working while taking care of her two sons, Alas and Axl, whom she had with her estranged husband Aljur Abrenica.
“Noong una, feeling ko talaga, hindi ko kaya. Feeling ko, nagi-guilty ako. May mom guilt kasi na, ‘Wala ka…’ Parang, ‘Bakit mas pinipiling magtrabaho kesa mag-alaga ng anak?’ May ganoon ako.
Kylie currently stars on “Bolera,” with Jak Roberto, Rayver Cruz, Al Tantay, Jaclyn Jose, and Gardo Verzosa, down on its last few episodes at GMA Telebabad. .
“But I know better now before ako nag-start. I know why I’m doing it kasi, ngayon, nangangarap na rin akong bumili ng bahay para sa kanila. I see the bigger picture now,” the actress admitted.
On the other hand, Anderson has yet to comment on the issue, but has been in an official relationship with actress Julia Barreto for a while now.
