Coming from a progressive and fighting artist—especially on human, economic and artistic rights of showbiz people, opening his day work with a prayer is something he is so proud of.
Not that progressives and concerned artists like Joel Lamangan is a dyed-in-the-wool hardcore practitioner in the Divine Intercession of the Lord in his endeavors but he’s just thankful that he is able to direct and support small people in the entertainment industry through labor.
That is why he together with Line Producer Dennis Evangelista led the cast, creative crew and technical team of the film “Biyak” they pray before rolling in their movie cameras.
On its first day, Joel, Dennis and other personnel saw to it that the production people were gathered together for the presence of the Almighty.
“Biyak” stars Vance Larena, Jim Pabenco, Alb ie Casiño, Viva Artist Quinn Carrillo, Melissa Mendez, Maureen Mauricio, among others.
According to Evangelista, the movie is produced by 3:16 Media Network.
“My first feature film project as Line Producer for 2022. Thank you Lord for this blessing,” said Dennis.
