AS the world is faced with the challenge of providing learning opportunities for all students at a distance, parents are called on to be more involved than ever before.
Maintaining high levels of physical activities can be hard for parents.
Fortunately, Cartoon Network, one of the most beloved cartoon channels in the Philippines is making it more accessible for kids to stay active.
Arriving over the weekend, the channel launched the “Great Cartoon Network Workout,” where kids can follow along an active workout with their favorite cartoon characters.
Through the subscription, families can sign up for weekly themed events on health and fitness where kids can enjoy various activities with their friends from their favorite shows like "We Bare Bears," "The Amazing World of Gumball," "Teen Titans Go!," and many others.
Participants can expect educational and challenging workouts from fitness coaches like volleyball player Melissa Gohing, Enzo Bonoan, Jo Sebastian, and Eileen Ramos.
These professional coaches will lead the participant into “Toon Challenge Zones” which will get the families moving and get sweaty through a fun and interactive workout.
Cartoon Network has also partnered with schools to make their physical activities more engaging and thrilling for the grade schoolers.
Students at Southfields International Christian Academe Centrum, Jose Rizal University, Saint Jude Catholic School, Elizabeth Seton School, St. Mary of the Woods, Xavier School, Childlink Learning Center and Childlink High School, among others, can look forward to working out with their classmates.
