Popular action star, director and producer Jess Sanchez is ubiquitous.
From one big or small showbiz or non-showbiz event to the other, expect Jess to be around to spread his brand of camaraderie and optimism.
Even during the height of the pandemic, he was active in conceptualizing his clothing business and movie career even in a private, domestic capacity.
“Hindi ko hinahayaan na maapektuhan ako ng mga problema (I never let problems affect me),” he exclaimed at the birthday party of Manny Torres, singer and actress Aimee Torres’ dad.
“Hayaan mong ang mga problema ang mamroblema sa akin (Let problems worry about me),” he joked.
Sanchez, admitted though, that the COVID-19 health emergency affected his apparel business of making pants, denim jackets etc. in between movie production, being a producer of Buffalo Films International which has several action movies under its belt.
“Nag-adjust ako sa negosyo. Sa showbiz naman, umaandar ang utak ko sa puwedeng gawing pelikula (I adjusted in my business. Meanwhile, in showbiz, my mind worked and still works on projects that could be made into films),” he disclosed.
Even if there are less restrictions on health protocols at the moment, Jess does not limit his movement, especially in show business.
“Basta nag-iingat ako, may face mask, nakikipagsosyalan ako (I take care by wearing face mask when attending socials),” he said.
