NOT only because Jennylyn Mercado is on an interesting stage of motherhood that she and Dennis Trillo decided to get married but because they were committed to their love and nothing more.
Not only that.
Before they officially announced their engagement in public, they heartily told the whole world they’re getting married although it was just a general declaration.
Jennylyn and Dennis were officially husband and wife, respectively, a couple of days ago as they said their “I dos” in a very simple yet meaningful civil wedding at their fellow star Kathryn Bernardo’s garden hall in Quezon City.
It was an exclusive family affair only attended by their filial loved ones.
The wedding came more than a week after they announced their engagement.
Mercado is almost on her dozen weeks pregnancy after she disclosed in an interview with GMA Network broadcast entertainment reporter Nelson Canlas last month that she was nine-week pregnant.
She and Dennis also narrated the story of their adapting a surrogacy pregnancy during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. Both of them went abroad separately, though, to seek medical advisory on artificial insemination.
Until Jen found out she was on a natural pregnancy when she was working on a TV drama “Love. Die. Respect” for GMA Network and everything was good news for the couple.
