Lisa is receiving much love from the global fans for her outstanding dance and rapping skills, her beauty, and her irreplaceable charm.

How you like that Blinks? BLACKPINK’s Lisa is coming for you soon.

On midnight of August 23 (Korean Standard Time; 1:00 a.m. Philippine Standard Time), Lisa released her first teaser for her highly-anticipated solo debut.

The poster was shared to BLACKPINK’s social media channels earlier today. It shows a blurry image of the star under her name and the words: “Coming soon”.

The teaser image does not reveal the month or date of the coming solo project.

After the announcement the Blinks rushed to Twitter to celebrate Lisa with her solo project.

The fandom trended “LISA SOLO” on Twitter which immediately got to the Top Trending Topics.

Lisa previously teased her solo project on her Instagram account, posting two images of her in a recording studio. In the images, two people could be seen hunched over a computer screen while working on music.

Both wore merchandise from The Black Label, a subsidiary of BLACKPINK’s YG Entertainment.

As announced earlier this year, YG Entertainment is proceeding with the solo projects of the Blackpink members sequentially.

Following Jennie and Rosé, Lisa became the 3rd member to launch her solo album.

Both Jennie and Rosé have set various new records on the global charts and expanded their fanbase across the world. Jisoo, on the other hand, dove into world of K-Drama.

As a result, Lisa’s solo debut is drawing keen attention.

Lisa is receiving much love from the global fans for her outstanding dance and rapping skills, her beauty, and her irreplaceable charm.

She is a K-pop artist with one of the most Instagram followers (more than 57.7 million), and her YouTube channel has gained more than 8.01 million subscribers.

Meanwhile, BLACKPINK recently celebrated their fifth anniversary in the music industry with their ‘4+1 PROJECT’.

As part of the celebrations, they launched a pop-up exhibition at YG’s headquarters in Seoul and released a film called BLACKPINK: The Movie, which reflected on the group’s first half-decade.
