Drita Ziri bagged Albania’s first Miss Earth crown, where she succeeded Miss Earth 2022 Mina Sue Choi from South Korea.
Yllana Aduana almost bagged the Miss Earth crown, where she was crowned Miss Earth Air 2023.
Other elemental queens include Do Thi Lan Anh of Vietnam as Miss Earth Water and Cora Bliaut from Thailand as Miss Earth Fire.
The new format was also introduced, and after cutting to the top 8 finalists, the new Miss Earth was chosen along with three elemental queens.
Thus, the remaining four finalists were announced as runner-ups in equal ranking, which included Miss Brazil, Miss Kazakhstan, Miss Netherlands, and Miss Russia.
The Miss Earth Organization also unveiled a new set of crowns made by Long Beach Pearl, a renowned Vietnamese jeweler, full of symbols.

Additionally, fresh pearls, with their diverse designs, highlight the youthful charm of the beauty queens," the Miss Earth Organization said.
Special awards were also presented to the exception beauties in different categories, where Miss Vietnam won Miss Appearance and Best in National Costume; Miss Philippines won Best in Bikini; Miss Indonesia is an awardee for People’s Choice; Miss Kazakhstan won Best in Evening Gown; Miss New Zealand won Best in Talent; and Team Europe won Best Eco Presentation.
