“Linlang” by Direk Jojo Saguin and Manny Palo will parade a cast of stars including Diamond star Maricel Soriano, Paulo Avelino, Kim Chiu and JM de Guzman.
Dreamscape Entertainment dropped a video teaser for upcoming ABS-CBN series “Linlang,” starring Paulo Avelino, Kim Chiu, JM De Guzman, and the Diamond star Maricel Soriano yesterday.
The series features the complexities of relationships from lies, dirty secrets, jealousy, and betrayal.
"Kung si Mister kayang manloko, si Misis, matinik magtago ng sikreto! Ihanda ang iyong mga puso sa bagong teleseryeng hindi ka pakakalmahin!" Dreamscape said.
“Linlang,” a one-of-a-kind series, will be directed by Jojo Saguin and Manny Palo, which is set to air in 2023.
“Heavily researched. First time sa lahat ng TV series sa buong Pilipinas,” said Direk Saguin.
The upcoming series also marks the much-awaited comeback of the Diamond star, as she bursts from excitement after learning that the show is composed of very complex characters on top of a thrilling storyline.
"Excited din ako. Ang gagawin ko ay 'yung isang way, hindi 'yung the normal way," said Soriano.
Soriano hinted about a new project last month by posing with directors and other creatives from Dreamscape Entertainment after last being seen in a teleserye last 2028 in the drama series “Ang sa Iyo Ay Akin,” in which she starred alongside Jodi Sta. Maria, Iza Calzado and Sam Milby.
In the same teaser video, Avelino dropped hints about the new series.
"Sa isang relasyon, hindi kadalasan isang side lang 'yung nagkakamali," Avelino added.
Kim Chiu admitted that this project needed a lot of hardwork, saying "we're up for the challenge. Sobrang iba talaga, ibang-iba.”
De Guzman was ecstatic about his first collaboration with Dreamscape.
"Finally makakapagtrabaho na ako sa Dreamscape. Sobrang complex po ng istorya at na-e-excite akong gampanan po 'yung role ko," he said.
“Linlang” also boasts of its star-studded cast which features veteran actors Jaime Fabregas and Raymond Bagatsing, Ruby Ruiz, young stars Vance Larena, Heaven Peralejo, Adrian Lindayag, and Race Matias, with “PBB Kumunity Season 10” big winner Anji Salvacion, and “Idol Philippines” 2nd runner-up Kice.
