Bentebulous, a funny gig of the Silly People’s Improv Theater (SPIT), Manila’s premiere improvisational theater association, is celebrating its 10th anniversary on July 9, 2022 at the Power Mac Spotlight Center in Makati Circuit.
Known for its innovative and creative improvisations on live performances, SPIT has been performing globally since its creation.
The group has toured the United States of America particularly New York; Bali, Indonesia; from Shanghai to Beijing in the People’s Republic of China and the many parts of the Philippines from Mania to Dumaguete City in Negros Oriental offline and online.
Toots Tolentino, the troupe’s publicist, said “SPIT brings back home for one of their biggest shows yet aptly titled ‘Bentebulous’.”
During the show, the group will take your suggestions and create scenes, games and stories on the spot.
“And just between us, we heard there’s a huge surprise in the works, too,” added Toots.
Since it is still COVID-19 pandemic, there are house rules to be implemented during the show such as requirements guests must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, wear masks at all times and drinking and eating inside the theater are not allowed.
