The very private Piolo Pascual has just recently celebrated his nth birthday sans fanfare because he preferred it that except for his colleagues giving him surprise treats like a pre- or post-natal celebration on public screen.
In one of his Instagram posts, Piolo is seen sitting in a porch situated in a bucolic although manicured surroundings, a piece which approximated his countryside property in Mabini, Batangas which he opted to stay the rest of the COVID-19 pandemic although he has his own place in Metro Manila.
In this corner, Pascual is thanking all his greeters on his special day.
Meanwhile, he is feted on his exact birthdate with a huge cake-like art work with sweet reference and giant letters of his name.
What is striking, though, is missing his son Iñigo Pascual who’s in the US doing “Monarch,” a Fox musical drama. “I miss you here, son.”
Iñigo never forgets to send his dad endearing thoughts when he posted in his socmed territories his moments with Piolo. “Happy Birthday to my father. I choose these photos that show how you are as a father that not a lot of people get to see. Thanks for always being fun and for all the lessons and teaching me to push myself and not be afraid of challenges.”
