What’s there in the coastal town of Lobo, Batangas that has lured filmmaker Francis “Jun” Posadas to grind his movie cameras and to shoot a documentary film about the place?

“Napakaganda ng Lobo (is very beautiful),” exclaimed Francis every time he talks about the community before the movie press.

Posadas didn’t dilly-dally to tell the colorful history of Lobo town which has been in existence for one hundred fifty (150) years.

From Cavite where he resides, he packed his technical gadgets—camera, tripod, recorder, microphone etc.—up and went up Batangas.

“Maraming achievements si Mayor Jurly Manalo sa Lobo. Lahat ng ginawang project ni mayor pati na ‘yong ulat sa bayan, ‘yong mga infrastructure, school building, agriculture, road widening etc., kasama docu (Mayor Jurly Manalo has many achievements in Lobo. All his projects including his report to the people are included in the docu),” said Jun.
