From the start, engaged couple Carla Abellana and Tom Rodriguez really wanted to have a quiet and solemn wedding completely devoid of the usual frills tinsel town nuptials are known for.
As a matter of fact, even in the time of the COVID-19 pandemic, Carla and Tom would want to settle for a simple yet meaningful union in a church wedding.
Even if their matrimony has loads of showbiz involvement, the couple still wants to maintain a carnival-free mood and atmosphere because they believe that the star of the event is the Holy Sacrament.
The first thing they did was to register the banns of their wedding with a remote parish church in Talisay, Batangas which was the San Guillermo Parish Church. Soon enough, people got to discover where the matrimonial ceremony of the popular love team would be so the word went around like wildfire.
Although it was in Talisay that Carla and Tom’s banns were announced, their wedding will take place at the Madre de Dios Chapel in Tagaytay Midlands.
