I read through a story of Business World last October 25 where it said that real estate consultancy Knight Frank ranked Manila as the third cheapest place for prime office rental space in the Asia Pacific region. And I could only shudder at the thought of how prime office and residential spaces have become too out of reach for small and medium businesses and citizens.
