To put a cap and prevent ‘overshopping’ by some abusive people, organizers of a community pantry in Brgy. Nanka, Marikina City have decided to give residents P500 worth of stub which they can spend on various food items.
This ingenious system will prevent some people from abusing the generosity of organizers while also giving equal opportunity for everybody to benefit from the pantry. (DQ)
