The inoculation drive which was held at Lake Shore, Lower Bicutan was witnessed by WHO representative to the Philippines Dr. Rabindra Abeyasinghe , vaccine czar Carlito Galvez, Taguig Mayor Lino Cayetano and IATF assistant chief implementer Vince Dizon. (MT)
