Quezon City Market Development and Administration Department (MDAD) head Gen. Procorpio Lipana (Ret.) leads a surprise inspection at the Commonwealth Market Monday (January 17), where staff from the MDAD inspect the vaccination cards of vendors and marketgoers.

Local officials are tasked to strictly implement the national government's "No Vaccination, No Entry" rule where those who are still unvaccinated against Covid-19 are barred from leaving their homes, except for the purchase of basic necessities.
