Members of the Inter-Agency Council on Traffic (I-ACT) are continuing with their monitoring of passenger vehicles along Commonwealth Avenue, Quezon City on Saturday (May 28).
Aside from ensuring that motorists follow health protocols, the I-ACT is now also ensuring that the new Quezon City bike lanes can be accessed safely by cyclists. (DQ)
