Meat vendors at the Libertad Market in Pasay City are having a hard time selling their products, which they blamed on a "flood" of imported meat products.

Following a report that 440 million kilos of imported pork products have flooded the local market, farmers have called on the government to halt its food importation regime, which they claimed would kill off the local hog industry.
