Barangay officials clearly could not keep up with the crowd along the sidewalk near the Philippine School for the Deaf in Pasay City on Wednesday (Sept.1).
The place has been converted into a distribution venue for the national government's cash aid program. What worries some residents is that the long lines of people, many of whom were failing to follow health protocols such as physical distancing, might turn into a "superspreader" event.
