Sweetness is how one perceives the romance between actor and news anchor Mikael Daez and actress and 2013 Miss World Megan Young.

Even when they weren’t husband and wife yet, they were always wearing the love and affection in themselves, come hell or high water, in togetherness or the physical absence of any one of them.

In these challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic, though, when most of us are discouraged to congregate to space up to avoid the surge of the virus, the couple has settled in Subic in Zambales to veer away from the populated cities of Metro Manila.

But if an official engagement is called for any or both of them, they or one of them would go to the city for media work like shoots and other showbiz commitments.

Otherwise, Mikael and Megan spend their time together physically at home tending the household or playing video games for fun in lull period. In case one is out of the house, there is online communication to fill up the gap of dearly missing each other.

Name calling is one expression of love and care for the Daezes.

Oh! Mikael is the carinoso type as he calls Megan Madam Bonez while the wife calls him Fufu or Foofoo. This they do even on public sharing of cyber games like Ragnarok.

“You know why I am called Madam Bonez?” volunteered Young.
“Madam because during those times that I was joining games, I was most of the time the only rose among the thorns,” she chuckled.

Megan shared that she was called Bonez because at the time, she was kind of boney which she laughingly acknowledged.

What is lacking now in the sweetness between Mikael and Megan is a baby they can call their own.

Recently, Mikael got to cuddle an infant niece and Megan was so delighted to caress the baby as well.

It’s indeed time to have an angel of the house they can call their own.

Come to think of it, Mikael and Megan.
