Kris Aquino clears up rumors about her health.

Kris Aquino confirms that her illness is now considered “life threatening.”

Dubbed as the “Queen of All Media,” she has been vocal about her health status and posts about her medical updates on social media. On Monday she took to Instagram to clear up online speculations that “she got confined,” “she was rushed to ICU,” and that “she is dying.”

“‘Yung chismis na na-confine ako, na nasa ICU ako at nag-aagaw buhay, masyado kayong advance. Para klaro sa lahat, and dahil gusto niyong patayin na ako, well, I am not yet dead, I am going to fight to stay alive,” she cleared up in the video she posted.

In the 8-minute video, Kris began by saying that she was soon leaving the country for her treatments. She was diagnosed with 3 autoimmune diseases. Chronic spontaneous urticaria, autoimmune thyroiditis, and late stage 3 of Churg Strauss Syndrome or inflammation of blood vessels.

"Mula end of April, we found out life threatening na yung illness ko. They are all worried about organ damage in my heart and in my lungs," she wrote in the caption.
“[I’ve] always been proud of my honesty and courage. Ginusto ko na maka-lipad sana nang tahimik pero utang ko po sa mga nag darasal na gumanda ang aking kalusugan, ang mag THANK YOU & to tell the TRUTH,” she continued.

Kris also shared that she is hoping to travel to the United States, specifically Houston, as soon as possible to get her much-needed treatment since it hasn't been approved by the Food and Drug Administration in the country or even in Singapore.

She added that it’s “going to take a while, at least about two years” before they will know if the medicines have taken effect. Earlier this year, Kris shared that cancer and diabetes were ruled out in her condition. She wanted to travel back to the United States in April but she did not get the medical clearance for travel.
