As the world’s economy starts to recover from the Covid-19 pandemic, a new startup company says that businesses have to rethink their approaches, especially in how they hire, who they hire, and where they hire from.

GLOBAL start-ups and scale-ups are to expect accelerated operations after the pandemic.

These businesses are also likely to turn to outsource to Filipino workers because the salary rate is just half the US and UK pay scales.

This is what Filipino-owned people solutions provider nXscale is preparing for.

Kei San Pablo, the CEO of nXscale, says that businesses have to rethink their approaches, especially in how they hire, who they hire, and where they hire from.

“More and more startups are looking at the Philippines to expand their operations while taking advantage of the cost savings,” she said. “We bridge the gap between global companies and the Philippine talent market.”

nXscale is devoted to connecting global companies with the local talent market where they would find people with the skills they are looking for. The company draws from the fact that the pandemic has made many people realize that remote work is possible, especially online.

“More companies are now open to the possibility of remote or hybrid work set up which now allows us to tap talents outside the Metro, thus distributing equal job opportunities,” San Pablo said.

What’s in it for Filipinos? nXscale enables Filipinos to access international employers with competitive pay.

“As a startup company, we foster diverse thinking, which drives us to be more creative and innovative. It helps mold our organization to embrace our differences and be respectful, open, and inclusive as we grow,” she added.

nXscale is looking forward to creating workspaces where there is diversity, respect, opportunity, and growth. (EFO)
