This is an Exclusive!

Because of the ABS-CBN franchise renewal brouhaha and its uncertainty in the broadcast field, many talents of the network are allegedly moving in to other stations.

One of them was Julia Montes who was recently rumored to have transferred to GMA Network.

Julia, a product of ABS-CBN and a contract artist of Star Magic, especially during the launch of the second wind of the daily television soap opera “Mara Clara” on Channel 2 which was originally performed by Judy Ann Santos and Gladys Reyes on back-to-back roles, was the toast of grapevine when speculations arose she was to go the Filipino proverbial saying “over the bakod (fence)” or shift allegiance to another company.

Not True … As Far As We Know

To set the matter straight, we texted Julia’s manager, Erickson Raymundo of Cornerstone Productions, and he immediately responded. “Not true!”.

He followed it up with “As far as I know.”

We texted Erickson back and asked him, “Where do you think the speculation came from? Can Julia decide for her professional action sans your managerial advice?”

Erickson still has to answer us back.

Soon…

Meanwhile, in her latest Instagram post, Julia showed a teaser of her photo intriguingly designed and art worked with a four-letter word “Soon” and then flashed on the next page with a date 07.10.20.

Earlier, she pasted in IG her adherence to ABS-CBN as she said “yes” to its franchise renewal.
