Children stay at home in this pandemic, even as the weekend approaches. They are discouraged from playing in the park or attending birthday parties to ensure they are safe from the coronavirus disease. To keep the little ones busy, parents usually purchase educational toys. But now, with the COVID-19 scare, even if malls, certain restaurants and stores are allowed to open under the general community quarantine status to buffer impact on the economy, stores selling non-essentials remain empty. This is the new normal and it may take time before kids could enjoy to their eyes’ content toy stores such as this.
